Due to the sensitive nature of the ingredients in the products, we always ship using an expedited method -- USPS Priority Mail -- and arrives within 2-4 business days depending on your location within US. Inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage or shortages via phone or email within 3 business days of receipt of order.

However, as with any kind of new skin care product(s), we ask that you try your new skInHarmony product(s) for two weeks as it often takes our skin that long to adjust to a new product. We are confident you will love our products, but if you feel that between weeks 3-4 you are not completely satisfied we will exchange it with another product or refund your money (less any expedited shipping costs). We want to hear from you if you have ANY questions regarding the product(s) while you are using them or not sure how to use them. Please also remember that skin conditions that have existed for quite some time (ie., hyperpigmentation, acne) will take some time to correct but you should see some improvement within 2-4 weeks (this goes for most products on the market).
Another thing...skInHarmony is made from natural and fruit based sources and may turn color slightly over time (like fruit does) - this in no way affects the quality of the product (unless it is sitting around for 12+ months). As with any natural & fruit based product, use it within 6 months of opening to obtain the best possible effectiveness of the product. If an opened product has not been used for more than 2 weeks, press the pump once and discard - then pump again for fresher product.
Final note! Please keep products away from heat and if the container comes with a lid/cover, keep the lid securely placed to help the product stay fresh.
